Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy, a half-Spanish, half-English woman was born on the 16th of April 1996 in Miami Florida. She is the mother of Dennis Alan Taylor, a ex-bank executive, and Jennifer Marina Joy, a psychologist named Anya Taylor-Joy. The daughter is an Argentinean with Scottish, English and Argentinean descent. Her mother is Spanish and English descent. Taylor-Joy is the youngest of five children from her father's prior marriage. Family lived at Buenos Aires up until Taylor-Joy aged 6 and later moving to Victoria district of London. Taylor-Joy explained the relocation was difficult and that she was unable to study English because she hoped to be able to return to Argentina. Hill House had to be her new school after she switched from Northlands. After that, she was enrolled at Queen's Gate School, where she took dance classes and appeared in shows. When she reached the age of sixteen, Taylor-Joy resigned from the school to focus her full-time acting career. Taylor-Joy had a destiny to become an actress from a very young age. Her dreams were realized when Sarah Doukas, the founder of Storm Management offered her a modeling gig.
